For these next five stories I decided to use some of my favorite stories from my Text Set study regarding environmentalism. This story is a non-fiction piece of literature that discusses different environmental issues. The chapters discuss topics such as "What is a Habitat" and the consequences of human pollution, and the detrimental effects it has on the environment. I think this book is extremely informative; the author integrates a variety of learning tools throughout the book. Orme uses bold words to highlight important definitions that students need to be aware of surrounding the environmental topic. Aside from bold words, each page has a "random fact" or statistic that has to do with the current chapter. The photography in this story is very detailed - and they are all hi definition photographs taken of different ecosystems throughout the world. Overall, this story is a great learning tool for any students learning about environmental science education.
